What this site is
A description of Agent Commerce Gateway and a manual for running it. The pages are provided for information. We keep them current as the project moves, but the software and the protocols around it change quickly, so nothing here is a promise that a particular feature exists, works, or will keep working in the form described.
The software is licensed separately
Agent Commerce Gateway is open source. Your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute it come from the licence in the repository and the @devlab.group/agent-commerce package — Apache-2.0 — not from this page. Where these terms and that licence disagree about the software, the licence wins.
These terms do not grant any right to our names, logos or brand. The text and design of this site remain ours.
Running the gateway is your call
The gateway is self-hosted and non-custodial: you deploy it, you hold the keys, you choose the settlement destination, and you decide what you sell and at what price. That makes you — not us — responsible for the deployment and for everything it does.
That includes your legal position: licensing, sanctions screening, tax, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering obligations and anything else that applies where you operate. Payment protocols and stablecoins are regulated differently from country to country.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Take proper advice before you take money from anyone, human or agent.
No warranty
The site and the documentation are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Examples, prices and flows in the documentation are illustrations, not commitments. The demo on the landing page is sample data, not a live system.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DevLab is not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, missed settlement, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the software. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using the site sensibly
Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or present it as your own. If you find a security problem in the site or the gateway, tell us at [email protected] before you tell anyone else.
Protocols and third-party names
MCP, A2A, ACP, AP2, x402, UCP, MPP and the names of the companies behind them belong to their owners. We describe how the gateway works with those protocols; that is not an endorsement, a partnership or a certification in either direction. Links out to other sites are for convenience, and what happens there is not ours to control.
Changes and availability
We may change these terms, the documentation or the site itself at any time, and we may take the site down without notice. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
